Meet some of our people

“I chose The Supply Register because I was inspired by how interesting the experience was going to be.”

Anthony O’Sulivan
IT Services Manager
Central Operations

Anthony came to The Supply Register after spending more than 9 years in public sector, working in information technology and software development. He started on the support services track, but has spent the last year on a rotation as an IT operations knowledge expert focusing on internal operations and customer experience.

One of the highlights of working at The Supply Register is the level of support we get from one another. It couldn’t be more different from the stereotypical view of resourcing.

Now that I’m here, mutual support is a major part of my role. I also coach other users who have just joined and am expected to help them find their feet, and since it isn’t long since I was a new recruit myself, its not hard to put myself in their shoes.

“One of the most special things about working at The Supply Register is that we’re a non hierarchical organisation.
The most junior people on a team are encouraged to voice their opinions, ask questions, and suggest solutions and everyone is expected to actively contribute to the overall success of our service.”

Sarah Watson
Partnership Manager

Sarah pursued her career in recruitment after completing her studies and joined The Supply Register as a Consultant in 2016. Having succeeded in client engagement Sarah now leads partnership relations with some of our early-stage adopters of The Supply Register solution.

I wanted to be exposed to many different areas of business, so when I joined The Supply Register as a Consultant and saw the range of solutions we had to offer, I felt like a kid in a sweetshop. I’ve been here for two years now but even in my first project I had a client relationship that was mine to manage and the onus was on me to take control.

“As for the work, it’s been more varied, rewarding, and impactful than I could have imagined.”

David Moss
Partnership Manager

With nine years sector experience working his way up from an administrator at an SME to management at one of the UK’s most recognised recruitment brands, David brings the hands on approach and discipline required for an early-stage business.

After gaining nearly a decade of experience in education recruitment, I realised what I enjoyed most wasn’t the sales, but the nurturing of my clients and working out how to serve them effectively. Instead of continuing, I decided to find a company that was trying to make change for the better where my background and abilities would be useful.

At this stage of my career I am expected to establish a deep level of trust and collaboration with clients and partners, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help people improve the way they work and see them reap the benefits.
