Resourcing Partner

As part of a number of supply staffing remodelling projects and thanks to the growing numbers looking to join our service and our unique partnership with the NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union we are hiring a Resourcing Partner who will help drive our strategy and be part of a growing, fast paced and expanding business.

The Resourcing Partner role is an important function that ensures the Partnership Management team maintains a consistent pipeline of candidates for their partnership education establishments.

The role will be to – 

To attract, identify opportunities for and act as the first port of call for potential TSR candidates in assigned regions.

The main function of this role will be – 

  • to ensure that all the necessary checks are completed to our very high vetting criteria that meets the safer recruitment in education standards
  • to liaise with candidates face-to-face from our office network, regional NASUWT offices and on-site with our clients (applicants must be able to drive with own transport).

Other daily activities will include –

  • writing adverts for our various advertising channels
  • creating marketing materials
  • attendance at network and consultation events with the NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union
  • supporting the Partnership Managers on their respective channels.

Partnership Manager (Nationwide roles)

As part of a number of supply staffing remodelling projects, we are hiring Partnership Managers with previous account management experience to join our fast paced and expanding business.

To be successful within this role you will have excellent communications skills and you must be able to display a fantastic level of customer service and professionalism.

The Partnership Manager’s role here at The Supply Register is very different to those at a typical education supply agency. We give you time to build long-term relationships with partnered schools so you can meet their customer service expectations.

In this role you will be expected to –

  • Communicate to all sponsors/ stakeholders on a weekly basis to inform what activity has taken place,
  • Meet with nominated partner representatives on a monthly basis to report and present management information and project progress,
  • Network and develop relationships with key sponsors,
  • Obtain partner feedback and take action where necessary,
  • Ensure all ‘live’ or potential locations are visited regularly,
  • Ensure partner pay and charge rates remain competitive within the market,
  • Ensure all agreed actions are completed within agreed timescales,
  • Delegate tasks to operations team when necessary,
  • Regional travel to fulfil all contractual and company obligations,
  • Own diary management.

About you

  • Previous account management experience,
  • Experience or understanding of the supply staffing market,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

Partnership Executive (Nationwide roles)

As part of a number of supply staffing remodelling projects, we are hiring a Partnership Executive with previous education recruitment and/or account management experience to join our fast paced and expanding business.

To be successful within this role you will have excellent communications skills and you must be able to display a fantastic level of customer service and professionalism.

In this role you will be expected to –

* Maintain regular telephone contact with partners and agencies to keep them fully informed on status of bookings,
* Book temporary staff into shifts via TSR E:cruit and comply with SLA requirements of assigned contracts,
* Obtain partnership feedback and present action plans to improve on areas of concern,
* Ensure there is adequate candidate and/or panel agency coverage to meet partner’s demand for supply cover,
* Ensure all agreed actions have deadlines and are completed within agreed timescales,
* Manage and supply agency coverage reports to partners,
* Work with the fulfilment and support services department on fill rate and delivery of contracts,
* Identify and address out of panel spend (OOPS – agencies that are not registered with TSR) to bring non-compliant spend through the in-house software system TSR E:cruit,
* Address any agency underperformance reported by relevant clients,
* Implement new TSR E:cruit functionality and train on this where required.

Projects Executive

As part of a number of supply staffing remodelling projects, we are hiring a Project Executive to support our partnership management and implementation teams to implement new partnership contracts.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the ideal candidate will have excellent prioritisation skills and enable the successful delivery of high profile internal and external projects.

The project team at The Supply Register is more than a group of individuals assigned to work on one project. We are a group of interdependent individuals working co-operatively to achieve project objectives developing and growing into a cohesive effective team.

The role will be:

  • to support the projects and implementation team and Operations Manager with planning and implementing new partnership contracts for The Supply Register
  • to support/deliver aspects of the project management cycle from scoping and analysis, through to project initiation
  • to monitor critical milestones through to handover of live contracts
  • to effectively utilise project management tools
  • to track project deliverables and act decisively and efficiently to key milestones
  • to provide clear and concise communication to key stakeholders and clients, reporting on project progress, problems and solutions
  • to produce internal reports relating to progress work and risks
  • to collate the necessary set up information to build TSRecruit for clients
  • to establish the correct agency, contact details for all suppliers identified during the analysis phase
  • to assist the Project Manager with agency presentation preparation
  • to assist with the collation of the agency Expression of Interest documentation
  • to assist with issuing all necessary information to identified suppliers, monitor and track responses
  • to assist with client and agency training scheduling
  • to undertake WebEx training sessions for clients and agencies
  • to assist the Project Manager during the go-live phase of all clients where necessary.

Field Trainer

As part of a growing number of service and solution users, we are hiring a Field Trainer to join our IT Services Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out various specialist training duties for our partnership schools, academies and MATs throughout the UK.

To do this, you’ll need to be a confident and organised communicator with experience in preparing high quality training sessions which are delivered to audiences from all levels within education establishments.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited preparing and delivering training which may be both in person and remote, reviewing and capturing customer processes and requirements in detail during training to facilitate optimal configuration and implementation, liaison with internal development, project management and technical support teams.

Reporting to our IT Services Manager you will be a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent IT, presenting and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be well presented and passionate about ICT training and will be driven by ensuring all customers are fully satisfied, comfortable and enthusiastic about using our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for having up to date product and service knowledge
  • Producing training literature and media
  • Preparing and providing high quality training to mixed groups of both client and staff audiences
  • Using various training techniques and delivery methods
  • Demonstrate you are passionate and enthusiastic about our products and services
  • Capturing client process in detail and suggesting options during training as appropriate
  • Liaising with other departments as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong face to face skills
  • Be articulate both in written and verbal formats
  • Ability to continue to perform well under pressure
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work unsupervised and on partnership school / academy premises

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a similar client facing IT training role (desirable)
  • Recognised ‘Education & Training’ qualification (desirable)
  • Proven track record of presenting in front of audiences
  • Demonstrable ICT skills including current Microsoft Office applications.
