Other features include timesheet entry, with individual or bulk authorisation, online weekly cost approval, invoice data can be downloaded in XML or CSV into financial systems and full saving based reports produced against previous rates. Schools also have full access to candidate Right to Work documentation.

Candidates can enter, view and edit their details at any point with a secure log-in administration area ensuring agencies and schools receive up to the minute information on their availability, change of contact addresses, phone numbers etc.

Candidates can also view a history of their assignments, timesheets, request holiday, reject vacancies, update and upload their CVs whilst also completing timesheet entries online.

A fast and efficient way for supply agencies to view the supply cover recruitment process and status via a real time Control Centre.

Vacancies and candidate submissions can be viewed whilst timesheet entries can be analysed and approvals authorised before payments are processed. Download weekly payroll data to interface with agency payroll systems once clients have provided online authorisation.
